The GDRD is governed by a five-member Board of Directors elected to represent five geographic areas on the Divide.

The Board of Directors has a regularly scheduled meeting on the fourth Thursday of the month, with the exception of holidays.

Call the GDRD office, 823-9090 or 333-4000 to confirm meeting dates and times. Unless otherwise posted, all meetings take place at the District office located at 4401 Highway 193, Greenwood at 7:00 pm. All regular meeting agendas are posted at least 72 hours before each meeting on the bulletin board at local post offices and on the web.

The agenda, meeting notice and agenda packet for board meetings are made available by request. If you are attending a meeting and are an individual with a disability who needs a special accomodation to participate, please call 823-9090 at least 48 hours in advance.
